Commentary from Pastor Michael White:
“Nevertheless I will remember My covenant with you in the days of your youth, and I will establish an everlasting covenant with you.” – Ezek 16:60

You are not perfect (neither am I)! You’ve made some mistakes (I have too)! Nevertheless, God loves you. Nevertheless, He gave His only Son for you. Nevertheless, He will never love you any less.

God remembers His Covenant with you. He will not go back on His Word. He will not change His mind about you! 2,000 years ago, He decided that He would give everything to have you back. And do you know what? He doesn’t regret it!

There is nothing you can do to make God love you less. He has already separated you from your sin, as far as the east is from the west (Ps 103:12)! You are His son! You are His daughter! And He is always willing to show You His relentless love: only more, never less.

Prayer:

Father, thank You for Your perfect love! Thank You that no matter what I do, You never love me less! I am confident of Your love this morning, in Jesus’ mighty name.
