Commentary from Pastor Michael White:
Therefore let it be known to you, brethren, that through this Man is preached to you the forgiveness of sins… – Acts 13:38
Through Jesus you have forgiveness of sins. That means that no matter what you have done, through Jesus, God accepts you. He forgives you! And He receives you as His own.
Wouldn’t you like to wake up every morning with the confidence that comes with knowing God loves you? Wouldn’t you love to go to bed every night with assurance that God will never leave your side? Wouldn’t it be nice to know that no matter how crazy life gets, your loving Father in heaven is always just one prayer away?
Through Jesus you have forgiveness of sins. Are you ready to say yes?
As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. – Ps 103:12
Prayer:
Father, I receive Jesus as Lord over my life. I am not perfect; but because I trust in Jesus, all my sins have been forgiven. Thank You for Your perfect love, in Jesus’ name!
