Commentary by Pastor Michael White:

“Become complete. Be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you” (2 Cor 13:11). What does it mean to become complete? What does it mean to be fulfilled? Paul tells us in his letter to the Corinthians. A relationship with God will comfort us beyond measure. God will give us the mind of Christ so we can view earthly events from a heavenly perspective, and pray with the same confidence as Jesus Christ Himself! God will cause us to live in peace – not only with our neighbors, but also with Him. When we are with God and He lives through us, we will find fulfillment. We will be complete!

Prayer:

Father, I know that I cannot be complete apart from You! I am a perfect work: a masterpiece You have created, and one that You will finish. Thank You for the fulfillment that only comes from a relationship with Your Son Jesus Christ!
