Commentary from Pastor Michael White:

Does the plowman keep plowing all day to sow? Does he keep turning his soil and breaking the clods? When he has leveled its surface, does he not sow the black cummin and scatter the cummin, plant the wheat in rows, the barley in the appointed place, and the spelt in its place? – Is 28:24-25

If you want a new kind of harvest, you have to sow a new kind of seed. Every type of seed requires a different type of care. The technique used to plant and harvest it will be different. We waste time because we scatter financial seed the same way we scatter seed for healing (or any other type of prayer), and expect the same results!

What type of seed are you sowing? The same old tricks won’t get the job done. Ask for instructions from Heaven: Lord, what kind of seed do you want me to sow, and how should I prepare for harvest? Trust God’s guidance as He leads you into a new season: one in which the impossible becomes possible!

Prayer:

Father, thank You for making me fruitful! Thank You for good seed. Help me to sow it faithfully, knowing that You are the God of the harvest.
