Commentary from Pastor Michael White:
Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” – Matt. 24:3

Jesus said something the disciples didn’t understand. So they, “…came to Him privately” (v 3) and asked for clarification. And do you know what? Jesus was not too busy. He was not angry at their request. He didn’t think they were bothering Him! He was utterly and absolutely available.

Even if God has spoken to you, you might still need a little more information. And that is okay! Go to Jesus in prayer. Ask Him whatever you need to know. He is available; and He will tell you.

Aren’t you so glad you serve a God who is always available?

Prayer:

Jesus, thank You for always being available! I am going to take advantage of Your availability today. I am going to come to You in prayer! And I thank You for speaking to me, in Jesus’ name.
