Commentary from Pastor Michael White:
Then Moses looked over all the work, and indeed they had done it; as the Lord had commanded, just so they had done it. And Moses blessed them. – Ex 39:43

There is a blessing attached to obedience. God had His people very specific instructions. They did everything God asked them to do: “…as the Lord had commanded, just so they had done it.” And as soon as they did what He asked them to do, do you know what happened? They were blessed! When the work was done, “…Moses blessed them.”

There is a blessing on the other side of your obedience! Do you want to be blessed? Do what God has called you to do! If you aren’t seeing the promise of God unfold over your life, ask yourself: what was the last thing God asked you to do? Did you do it? If not, go back and do it! The more you exercise faithful obedience, the more His favor will unfold over your life, in Jesus’ name!

Prayer:

Father, thank You for simple faith. When I do what You say, I will be blessed! I thank You for that, in Jesus’ name.
