Statement Of Faith
We believe in salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.
John 3:16, Acts 2:21, Romans 10:9
We believe in one God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Creator of all things.
Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 3:6-17, Colossians 1:15-17
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, was crucified, died, was buried, was resurrected, ascended into heaven, and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father and is true God and true man.
Matthew 1:18, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Mark 16:19, 1 John 5:20
We believe the Bible was written and inspired by God.
2 Timothy 3:16, 1 Thessalonians 2:13, 2 Peter 1:21
We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the eternal happiness of the saved, and the eternal punishment of the lost.
Matthew 25:34 & 41, 1 Corinthians 15:22 & 42, 1 Peter 1:4
We believe in divine healing, the restoration of health to those who believe and act on the truths written in God’s Word. We further believe that Jesus is our Healer and that by His stripes we are already healed.
Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 8:1-17, Mark 16:18, James 5:14-15, 1 Peter 2:24
We believe in water baptism by immersion for all believers.
Mark 16:6, Acts 2:38, 8:12, 8:36-38, 10:47-48
We believe in the Baptism in the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. It is an empowering experience available to all believers.
Acts 1:8, 2:4, 10:44-46, 19:6
We believe that tithes and offerings should be freely given to the local church. The local church is the place of membership where God has called believers to receive His word on a consistent basis and grow spiritually.
Proverbs 3:9, Malachi 3:10, 2 Corinthians 9:7
We believe in giving alms to the poor, sick, homeless and others in despair.
Matthew 25:35-40, Acts 10:2, Galatians 2:10
We believe in the Christian’s hope: the soon coming, personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Acts 1:11, 1 Corinthians 15:57, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
We value the presence of the Holy Spirit and the demonstration of the miraculous in our midst.
We value the Bible as God’s Word to us.
We value anointed praise and worship and God inspired messages as catalysts for transformation in the lives of individuals and the church.
We value all people and are dedicated to fulfilling the Great Commission by communicating the Gospel to the world both in word and deed.
We value intimacy and communion with God as the highest priority in our daily lives, then with our spouses, our children, and others.
We value the ministry of the laying on of hands as a means of imparting the life producing anointing of God to an individual.
We value being culturally relevant as a church while remaining true to God’s Word.
We value Life Groups and discipleship as a means of producing spiritual maturity and fostering loving relationships that permeate every area of life.
We value authenticity and the hunger for spiritual growth in the lives of Christ’s followers.
We value our relationships with others and seek to support and serve one another, to show grace rather than judgment to each other, and to regard the personal interests of others as more important than our own.
We value transparency and total openness with God, others, and ourselves, hiding nothing from God or our fellow man.
