Commentary from Pastor Michael White:

Also his prayer and how God received his entreaty, and all his sin and trespass, and the sites where he built high places and set up wooden images and carved images, before he was humbled, indeed they are written among the sayings of Hozai. – 2 Chron 33:19

Manasseh was an evil king! He was far from perfect. For a long time, he “would not listen” to God (2 Chron 33:10). But Manasseh humbled his heart, and God heard his prayer. Despite Manasseh’s checkered past, God restored him completely!

No matter who you are, where you’ve been, or what you’ve done: God is a Restorer. If He heard and answered Manasseh’s prayer, He will hear and answer yours! Humble your heart, and watch what God is willing to do.

Prayer:

Father, thank You that even though I am far from perfect, You still hear my prayers! Thank You that even though I don’t deserve restoration, You restore me all the same. You are GOOD, and I thank You for it in Jesus’ name!
