Commentary from Pastor Mike White:
“You yourselves write a decree concerning the Jews, as you please, in the king’s name, and seal it with the king’s signet ring; for whatever is written in the king’s name and sealed with the king’s signet ring no one can revoke.” – Esther 8:8
When you find favor in the King’s sight, you can write your own ticket. The Jewish people made a God-ordained transition: from certain destruction, to absolute prosperity. Favor with the king caused that transition.
When Esther found favor with the King Ahasuerus, everything changed. She was able to write into law whatever she wanted concerning her family, sign it with the king’s name, and seal it with his signet ring. When you have favor with the King of kings, you will be able to write your destiny according to His will, sign it with the name of Jesus, and seal it in His blood!
That which is written in the name of Jesus can never be revoked.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for divine destiny. I know the thoughts, plans and purposes You have for me are bigger than I could ever imagine! Show me Your plans, so I can write them down and make them permanent!
