Commentary from Pastor Michael White:
“Shall I bring to the time of birth, and not cause delivery?” says the Lord. “Shall I who cause delivery shut up the womb?” says your God. – Is 66:9

What has God promised you? He will make it happen. He has brought you this far! Would He bring you up to the point of birth – up to the precipice of your destiny – just to have you go home empty-handed?

Trust God. He has filled you with purpose so you can give birth to your destiny. Don’t turn back! Don’t walk away! He has started something wonderful in you; and He will finish what He has started, in Jesus’ name! God is the God of finished works:

So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit. – Jn 19:30

Will you let Him finish what He has started in you?

Prayer:

Father, thank You for Your faithfulness! I submit to the plans and purposes You have for my life. I want to live for You – with all my heart, all my mind, all my soul, and all my strength – in Jesus’ name!
