Commentary from Pastor Michael White:
“And when I passed by you and saw you struggling,…I said to you in your blood, ‘Live!’ Yes, I said to you in your blood, ‘Live!’ I made you thrive like a plant in the field; and you grew, matured, and became very beautiful” (Ezek 16:6-7). God has made you beautiful. He found you, struggling and alone in the world, and spoke to you. “Live!” He said. “Live!” God took you out of your suffering and your pain, and commanded you to live an abundant life. He took you from the midst of lack and misfortune, and called you into great things. You are no longer meant to suffer; you are meant to thrive. He has made you beautiful!
Prayer:
Father, thank You for picking me up out of my mess and making me beautiful! Thank You for choosing me. I owe You my life, so I give it freely back to You.
