Commentary from Pastor Michael White:
“He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blot out his name from the Book of Life; but I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels” (Rev 3:5). Life is nowhere near perfect. We will face trials and tribulations. We will experience ugly things. Satan will tempt us in every way he possibly can, with the goal of enticing us to give up our divine inheritance. But Jesus strengthens us. His Holy Spirit gives us the power we need to overcome. When we confess His name before men in this life, He will confess our name before God in the next.

Father, thank You for Your Son! Thank You that Jesus is so confident in my righteousness that He is willing to present me to You as a spotless bride!
