Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be still wiser; teach a just man, and he will increase in learning. – Prov 9:9
Wise men know how to receive instruction. You must learn before you can teach. You must listen before you can speak! Wisdom doesn’t just spring up overnight! It comes from years of listening and learning.
Do you want to be wise? Learn how to take instruction. Be open to feedback! Ask someone you trust to give you constructive criticism. You will be better for it in the end!
Prayer:
Father, help me to take instruction! Make me open and receptive to constructive criticism. Give me good friends who will give me good feedback so I can get better, in Jesus’ name!
