And seeing the multitudes, He went up on a mountain, and when He was seated His disciples came to Him. Then He opened His mouth and taught them… – Matt. 5:1-2
When people came to Jesus, He “opened His mouth and taught them.” When you come to God, He will not leave you hanging! He won’t stay silent. He will open His mouth. He will teach you.
Have confidence that when you go to God, you will receive instruction. When you ask Him a question, you will hear an answer! Our God responds. And there is nothing in the world like hearing His voice.
And behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east. His voice was like the sound of many waters; and the earth shone with His glory. – Ezek. 43:2
I pray you hear His voice today, loud and clear like never before.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for Your voice. Thank You for speaking to me! I am asking to hear Your voice today. I am listening, my heart is open, and I want to hear what You have to say! Speak, Lord, for Your servant is listening.
