This divine principle, as stated in Proverbs 18:21, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue,” underscores the spiritual significance of our speech, especially when infused with the anointing of the Holy Spirit and grounded in the Word of God.

The enemy employs tactics designed to silence us, to keep our testimonies unspoken and our praises unsung. This spiritual muting is not a mere inconvenience but a strategic assault on our identity in Christ. Yet, the Psalms, often beginning with cries of distress, consistently journey back to a place of vocal victory: “But I will yet praise the Lord” (Psalm 43:5).
