Commentary from Pastor Michael White:
But since then there has not arisen in Israel a prophet like Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face, in all the signs and wonders which the Lord sent him to do in the land of Egypt, before Pharaoh, before all his servants, and in all his land, and by all that mighty power and all the great terror which Moses performed in the sight of all Israel. – Deut 34:10-12

Moses walked in “signs and wonders” (v 11). He performed works of “mighty power” and “great terror” (v 12) for all the world to see! But how did he get to the place where the anointing flowed like water? He “knew God face to face” (v 10).

It all starts with intimacy. Do you want to see “signs and wonders?” Do you want to walk in “mighty power?” Do you want to see God do things through you that will cause “great terror” to fall on everyone who doesn’t know Him? Meet God face to face.

Stop reading, and take five minutes to get alone with God. Put your morning routine on hold. Don’t wait until you have time; make time! When you meet God face to face, He will fill you with the miracle-working power you need to get through your day.

Prayer:

Father, thank You for miracles, signs, and wonders in my life! I know I won’t have the power to do anything, unless I rely on You for everything. Help me to make time with You first, in Jesus’ name.
