Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members? – James 4:1
Internal conflict leads to external conflict. If you don’t have inner peace, it will be impossible to have outer peace. Peace within yourself leads to peace among others!
Make time for you. You’re important! As you put a priority on your own emotional and spiritual health, relationships will become easy.
Prayer:
Father, give me time to rest! Remind me to make time for myself. I know if I’m not healthy, I’m no good to anyone; so make me healthy inside and out, in Jesus’ name!
