Commentary from Pastor Mike White:
…for many fell dead, because the war was God’s. – 1 Chron 5:22
When the people of Israel followed God into war, they were sure they would win. God promised that He owns each individual battle we could ever face (1 Sam 17:47). Now, God promises that He owns the whole war!!
If God owns the war, it does not matter who tries to win. He will give the victory to whoever pleases Him; and Scripture says that He is well pleased with YOU!
Prayer:
Father, thank You for victory! I know I have victory over Satan because Jesus won the decisive victory over Hell for me. There is nothing left I have to do, and no battle left for me to fight!
