Whoever offers praise glorifies Me… – Ps 50:23
Don’t spend your while life wondering if you glorify God. Don’t spend another minute trying to figure out if God is honored by the things you think, say, and do. Want to know that God is pleased beyond the shadow of a doubt? Praise Him!
Scripture tells us that when we offer praise, we glorify God. “Glorify” is the Hebrew “kabad” (Strong’s #3513), which literally means to make one rich and full of delight. When we praise God, we make Him rich, and fill Him with delight!
Isn’t it such a blessing to know that we don’t have to struggle and strive for God’s affection? God is happy when we praise Him.
Praise Him after you experience victory. Praise Him in advance, with full confidence that He will give the victory into your hand. Praise Him in the midst of every trial, knowing that God is moved by your praise!
Prayer:
Father, thank You for responding to my praise. I know that when I praise You in the midst of impossible circumstances, You are delighted! I know that when I praise You in advance, the victory is guaranteed! Thank You for the sacrifice or praise.
