Commentary from Pastor Michael White:
“Here am I and the children whom the Lord has given me! We are for signs and wonders in Israel…” (Is 8:18) God has put you exactly where you are to be a sign and a wonder. New York City is one of the most expensive and intimidating cities in the world; yet God blesses His children who live here. No matter what field you work in, or where your life is headed, God intends for you to be a sign and a wonder. He intends for you and your entire family to accomplish the supernatural: by grace, through faith.
Prayer:
Father, thank You that You always provide for me! You make a way where there is no way, and I am forever grateful for that. I will be a sign and a wonder for You in my city!
