When I thought how to understand this, it was too painful for me— Until I went into the sanctuary of God; then I understood their end. – Ps 73:6-17
There is amazing power in corporate worship. When we come together in the sanctuary of God to worship Him, everything changes!
Worship with your church family eliminates pain. God inhabits our praises (Ps 22:3), and every sickness and disease melts at His presence (Ps 97:5). When we worship God, every disease has to flee!
Worship also increases understanding. It is through worship that we gain the clarity necessary to see any situation from God’s vantage point. What situation are you facing that only God can help you overcome? What questions do you have that only God can answer?
Worship God. Lift your hands and cry out to Him in song! God will heal you and speak to you as you make an active commitment to worship Him.
Prayer:
Father, I was made to worship You. I know that nothing I could ever face stands a chance in Your sanctuary. Help me to worship You with everything I’ve got!
