Commentary from Pastor Mike White:
“As we have heard, so we have seen…God will establish it forever.” – Ps 48:8
If God says He will do something, it is as good as done. Our joy as Christians is to pray out God’s promises – everything we hear Him say – and then see the fruit of our prayers. If we hear God say it, and then we pray it, we will see it.
We must hear God’s word to know His promises. Make time to allow God to speak to you about your situation. Research everything His word has to say about your circumstance. Then, pray out God’s promises with boldness!
“So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (Rom 10:17).
Prayer:
Father, give me fresh revelation and unending insight from Your word. I know I need to hear it to see it. In Jesus name, reveal to me everything that I need to see. Help me to pray for Your will over my life, with boldness and confidence!
