…for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer. – 1 Tim 4:5
Do you want to become more like Jesus? Sanctification happens “…by the word of God and prayer.” These are the two most important daily disciplines in which we can engage. Do you take time every day to read God’s Word? Do you take time every day to pray?
Learn to love Scripture. Ask God to help you love prayer! As you embrace them and make time for them in your life, you will find yourself closer to the Cross than ever before.
Prayer:
Father, I know that reading Your Word and praying are the most important things I can ever do! Help me to make them a priority in my life, in Jesus’ name.
